Dementia Care

Living with Dementia can be a huge challenge, not just for the sufferer, but for friends and family alike. To those unfamiliar with the disease, it can be extremely daunting.  For those suffering with Dementia, we recognise the importance of maintaining consistency and familiarity where possible.

We promote and assist in all matters relating to the benefits of residing at home, surrounded by the things you know and love, together with the same friendly faces. We aim to ensure consistency, routine and reliability at all times, but especially with regards to those who may be unsettled by change.

Our home carer and nurses are all highly trained in all aspects of the care involved with Dementia and the challenges that may come with it. We understand that the needs of the individual may differ greatly from person to person, and that Dementia affects everyone in so many different ways.

Whatever your needs, we are here to support, assist, advise and promote your wellbeing and independence whenever you need it.  We are here to listen to your needs and concerns and guide you to the best care package available.
